25: A Showcase For a Community
The Axe Vale Show showcases the very best that Axminster and the surrounding area has to offer, with the emphasis very much on participation and community involvement. This year’s show takes place on 17 and 18 June at the Axminster showground just off the A35.
This year marks the 27th anniversary of the event and record crowds are expected to enjoy a really good day out as well as helping with fundraising for Axminster. The show is a registered charity, staffed entirely by volunteers, who willingly give their time in order to organise, build and manage a two-day event that the local community and visitors alike can enjoy, as well as raising money for local worthy causes.

There is usually something for everyone so I wanted to make sure the whole family was represented in the banner design. The yellow marquee with the flower motif is a nod to to the event's striking and well-recognised logo.”
